COACHING

My main priority as a coach is to prioritize an individual’s unique needs, using a personalized approach as opposed to a generic, one-size-fits-all method. I employ solution-oriented strategies to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes and foster balance in their lives — refraining from dictating to my clients what they should or shouldn't do. We collaborate as partners to determine the most suitable path forward.

Coaching is provided 1:1 via virtual visit. Phone calls are optional.

While no two clients are the same, these building blocks provide a foundation for
the coaching work I do with everyone:

1

Assessment

Every client is looking to accomplish something different. An assessment helps me to get to know you and where you are in your growth journey.

2

goal setting

I assist my clients in creating practical and customized plans that align with their distinct situations and lifestyles, without any form of judgment.

3

execution

We’ll combine your strengths and new tools to put your plan into motion, then measure progress and make adjustments along the way.

  • Therapy, often referred to as counseling or psychotherapy, is a professional relationship focused on addressing emotional, psychological, and mental health challenges facilitated by a licensed provider. Coaching, on the other hand, is a collaborative process that aims to help individuals achieve specific life goals, enhance performance, and unlock their full potential. The benefits of working with a coach who is also a licensed therapist is that I am able to use a holistic approach to personal development that seamlessly combines mental health practices with the action-oriented focus of coaching. Whether it's career advancement, improved relationships, or enhanced well-being, this dual expertise ensures a comprehensive strategy that bridges the gap between insight and action.
